"Our project team valued the structured process and support that CMC was able to offer to us to guide the evaluation and selection of a preferred vendor for our project. As a result, we felt that the process we undertook was rigorous, comprehensive and fair."

Background
Having experienced considerable growth, the AISNSW were looking to replace a number of disparate legacy systems with a functionally capable system that could offer better integration and efficiencies as well as supporting the organisation into the future.
A significant amount of work had been done to define the business objectives, these needed to be translated into requirements that could be used to measure vendors capable of delivering the solution.
Business Problem
To succinctly and clearly define business scenarios that represented the various functional areas of the business. Where functionality was required across business units, the goal was to determine as high a degree of standardisation as possible to enable all parties to benefit from the application.
Advances in web site publishing technology were identified as being important to AISNSW in order to more effectively communicate with members and external parties.
Results
Business scenarios were developed across the primary functional areas of the business.
A Vendor Evaluation and Selection process was conducting involving an RFP and solution demonstrations. A preferred solution was identified and OBS are now implementing the solution.
