Background
Caltex were embarking on a replacement project for the EFT equipment and key pads located at their Point of Sale (POS) outlets.

Business Problem
A Project Manager familiar with this technology was required to ensure that the project could be delivered on time and to budget.

Results
CMC provided an experienced Project Manager who completed and delivered the project as required.

CMC were then retained to assist with two additional projects:

	Finalisation of a Requirements Document for Cross Docking operations; and
	Upgrading of the technology platform for EFT processing.
