Background
Deloitte Consulting, one of Australia’s largest consulting organisations, provided a PeopleSoft Financials solution to a major Australian Investment Bank.

Business Problem
Deloitte Consulting invited CMC to provide an IT Project Director to project manage the deployment of PeopleSoft Financials within the bank.

Additional extensions to the application were included in the scope of work, including the management of a small team of development staff to create and deliver the required enhancements.

Results
The CMC Project Director managed a team of 5 Deloitte Consulting resources to define and deliver the financial applications. CMC (through Deloitte) were then invited to assist on a number of other projects within the bank, including some e-Business initiatives that were closely related to the Financials application.
