Background
ING had a business relationship with ANZ Bank which necessitated the development and implementation of gateways between various legacy systems. This project’s delivery included replacing the incumbent system in stages, while addressing a minimal number of enhancements to support go live.
Business Problem
The successful delivery of the Manta Project stage required a very experienced Project Manager, able to manage budget, scope and influential stakeholders. A substantial in-house development and testing team were already in place and behind schedule.
Results
CMC took over the Project Management of the Manta Project and delivered the first stage as scoped, although this necessitated re-prioritisation of some issues and change requests.
