Background
The Investment Bank had designed a concept based on entering the market with a new range of taxis, specifically aimed at disabled people. The project involved the latest in GPRS and GPS related communication technologies to deliver the capabilities and return on investments required.
Business Problem
The bank had no resources available with the requisite background in networks, infrastructure, vehicles and project management. CMC were asked to assist.
Results
The business case was prepared and submitted for approval. The project was approved and production commenced for the vehicles to be used for the pilot.
CMC’s Strategic Consultant facilitated the design of the launch vehicle and established a production capability with a number of business partners. CMC's consultant then went on to Project Manage the implementation.
