Background
Meat & Livestock Australia provides R&D, market information and marketing to benefit the red meat industry in Australia. They were currently implementing SAP A1 (Financials, Project Systems and CRM) from Supply Chain Consulting (now Fujitsu).
Business Problem
The organisation required an experienced "client sided" SAP Project Manager for the implementation of SAP A1. Additionally, it was recognised that Change Management and Transition Financial Consulting would also be required for the business in order to support the success of the project.
Results
CMC's Senior Project Manager was engaged to implement the project which was delivered on time and to budget. CMC's Change Management Consultant assisted in writing the Change Management Strategy and mentoring the appointed internal Change Manager. CMC's Finance Consultant defined the business process flows and conducted SAP Financials training in readiness for the SAP cutover.
