To roll out to all identified stores, within a tightly constrained budget and timeframe; while minimising disruption to business operations.
Results
CMC provided a Project Manager to lead the roll out. This involved liaising and agreeing with technical specifications, liaison with external service providers and internal OPSM IT support teams.
The project was completed under budget and on time. The ADSL backup component could not be delivered due to lack of available telecommunication services at some locations. A separate sub project was initiated to finalise this element.
