Background
Techtronic Industries (TTI) required an effective business system to replace an ageing legacy system and underpin the acquisition of new product lines and projected organisational growth into the future. The existing business systems were not viewed as having data integrity, nor the required access to information required by management and staff.
Business Problem
The organisation has undergone a considerable senior level management change as well as facing a relocation and consolidation of warehouse facilities. The requirement of an experienced Project Manager to lead the client’s team was clearly identified.
Results
CMC provided a full time Project Manager to manage the vendor and client resources as well as recommend a Warehouse Management consultancy firm to implement the relocation of the products and consolidation of stock in the new warehouse. A part time CMC Change Management Consultant was also engaged to develop the Change Management, Transition and Training Strategy and mentor the in-house HR resource.
